Baby Belle-tique celebrates its first year in business!

Baby Belle-tique at Huron
Center, Houghton, is now a
year old. I thought I’d fill you in
a bit on their history and my
personal thoughts of the store.
I’ll have to say, when Leanne
had the idea to open a store
that specialized in second-
hand clothing for children and
expectant mothers, my first
thought was, ‘Do you think we
really need another second-

Sherf
John Harold "Johnny" Sherf (born April 8,
1913, Calumet, Michigan; died August 19,
1991, Dearborn, Michigan) was a National
Hockey League player and the first U.S.
citizen to have his name engraved on the
Stanley Cup.
John Sherf was born and spent his
childhood years in Calumet, Michigan in
the state's Upper Peninsula.
